LHM Building Contractors Ltd is a Kenyan construction and real estate development company established in 2018. The company is fully registered and incorporated in accordance with the laws of Kenya and operates in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

LHM Building Contractors Ltd is tax compliant and duly registered and approved by the National Construction Authority (NCA), enabling it to undertake residential, commercial, and institutional construction works within Kenya. We deliver projects with a strong emphasis on quality workmanship, professionalism, safety, and adherence to approved construction standards.

Operating primarily in Nairobi and its environs—including Karen, Runda, and Ruaka—LHM provides services ranging from building works and external works to real estate development. We are committed to sustainable construction practices, effective project management, and value-driven solutions that meet client and regulatory expectations.
